Eddy is a Partner at Baker Tilly Clock & Co and a member of the firm’s Quality Management and Risk Control Committee, as well as the Accounting, Auditing and Professional Knowledge Committee. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), he provides audit services to numerous domestic TSEC and OTC-listed companies, as well as public and private entities.

He is primarily responsible for auditing services for both listed and private companies, financial due diligence, special project reviews and review services for the government subsidies and commissioned projects.
